What Does A Neutral Wire Do Why Is The Magnitude Of The Current In An Active Wire Equal To The Magnitude Of Current In The Neutral Wire?

Why is the magnitude of the current in an active wire equal to the magnitude of current in the neutral wire? - what does a neutral wire do

I know the cable is activated, the current in the device and the neutral wire back. And that the current must be equal, because the law states that the current Kirchhoff IN = output current. But why does this happen?

Thank you in advance. 10 points best answer.

There is no "why not". Kirchhoff current law is in order. All that came to power through the power line comes through the return line, just because it not go anywhere else.

Connected in a car terminal (-) is (housing, etc.) and other ground (+) is connected to the son who goes to the fuses and switches. One side of the load (lighting, etc.) is connected to the switch (+) and completed a for the chassis to the track. When the switch is closed, forcing the battery voltage (voltage) electrons flow through the fuse, headlight switch, then the chassis and back into the battery. All electrons must complete the entire trip (unless it is again is on the chassis by a circuit court or isolation may be defective filtered).

Inside the central generator pushes the electrons back to the house through a light bulb and the generator neutral and ground wire for the houses. Of course, the flow of electrons is inverted 60 cycles (per second, and no electrons) are actually a complete journey. Alternatively, the electrons are pushed and pulled by the earth (ground). When the lamp is removed, the neutral line as all other cable can get on the floor, because the cONNECTION the generator without cargo lost.

Neutral line and what should be a closed circuit. As you note, says the Kirchhoff current law that have at any point in the circuit must be equal. This is based on the principle of "conservation of charge. It may be," why not ", are looking for. (First Link).

A FI (earth leakage circuit breaker) actually checks the link (seconde.) If you determine that the streams are different, the FI travel. Since the "lost" today somewhere - on the ground, possibly by a person - and hence the neutral line.
